Quite a few people believe that sports are the most productive way to escape stress,whereas others claim that they are not so effective.
I would like to support the first opinion for a number of reasons. Firstly, doing sport a person communicates with other people who may support and give some advice how to cope with stressful situations. Secondly, having exercised hard even for an hour, everyone will be able to feel better . For instance, mood usually raises after proper training because scientists proved that brain releases the hormone of "happiness".Moreover, different kind of activities(such as playing football,basketball) which a person like help to forget about any problems for a while and none of other hobbies can make this influence on people . All these reasons emphasize the fact that sports are the most effective way of reducing stress.
